Transmission/transfer case swap

Hey Everybody!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if a 400 turbo/np 203 combo would bolt in to my rig in place of the 350 turbo/np 203 now being used? The length seems to be about the same, but both combos are still in the trucks, so it's really hard to measure for certain. Also, would the driveshafts from the 350 turbo/np203 be splined the same as the 400 turbo/np 203? Thanks for your help!

Joe

it should be dang near right on the money , if its not the only thing you will have to do is leave the crossmembver bolted to the tranny transfer combo and with a jack raise them up into place , see where your holes are going to need to be and just drill new ones , your shaftes will fit just fine , unless you have to move the crossmember very far but you shouldnt have to at all , if any the most i can see is 3 inches

I'm hoping to get some pics of my truck this weekend to post.
