Identify this Big Block Help
Casting number is 3999290 I know this is 71 or 72 what I can't decifer is what it is out of.
Number on block below the alternator Passenger side is T06028TB another number smaller is 121577325 Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Charlie

There should be one more letter in the suffix code. TBK TBJ etc. John
