column question one more time
i did not recieve a reply last time so im going to try this one more time, but im going to make it simpler on me
I have a 1976 c 10 which is equipped with a 3 speed and manual steering I have a column which is from an 80s truck which has the wiper switch in the turn signal. and was equipped for power steering MY question is can i swap out the turn signal switches from the columns and maybe the colar where the turn signal stalk comes out so this way i have an automatic power steering column that will fit my 1976. I cannot afford to buy a column at this time already factory equipped to handle what i need, so i was hoping to just rig up what i need

While I am out looking for someone else's steering shaft piece, I'll look and see if I have the signal cam that you'd need to convert the steering column over...
