Re: remember that rare rear cab trim you were looking for?.....

Looks like the reseve has been met!! $355 is much better than the $1200 buy it now... But still to rich for my blood. But that is much more reasonable - I'm gonna watch the last 10 minutes, just to see what happens - but someone's about to win the bid, might be someone on here! Odd that the Buy it Now would be SO high and the reserve somewhere below $355 - just fishin I guess...

Wow $634. I sure hope the new owner is pleased with the purchase. I always thought the strip across the back was one piece. Does anyone know if there were two kinds - a single piece and a different version with two pieces, or where they all two pieces?

Mark, here is the difference according to this post....

Re: remember that rare rear cab trim you were looking for?.....

Why do we have 2 threads active for the same piece of trim? I know it's rare but do we have to hear about it twice.

Sorry, got over-excited about finding one..... Both threads just kinda took off.

My Apologies to all that have been offended

he started the auction @ .99. The buyers are driving the price not the seller.
The one that sold for $634 started @ $1.00. Again its the buyers...

Everything is worth what someone is wiling to pay not what someone else thinks its worth & the guys buying are probably very happy with their purchase. They wanted it & paid what they needed to to have it.

He might of started the auction at .99 but at $200 the reserve has not been met and he has a buy it now for $750. Besides, if he wants to advertise his ebay stuff here, he's supposed to be a paying member.

Bottom line is that he owns the part & he gets to determine what he is willing to sell it for, not anyone else.

Coming here just to advertise his part for sale is a bit tacky but it looks like he is a paying member so I guess thats between he & the mods...

Crazy enough since the other one sold for $634 the $750 bin is not that out of line & it allows a buyer to eliminate the risk of it selling for higher or getting out bid.

If its out of your price range move on simple as that. People pay too much for things daily & thats their choice. Its a great world we live in.

Posting that here will cost you part of your profits for the appropriate membership to do so.

Now that's funny. I'm never one to start preaching the rules, it will get noticed by the appropriate people.

Re: remember that rare rear cab trim you were looking for?.....

For a seller Ebay is the place to reach a HUGE market & find top dollar. Its not the greatest place for a buyer to find a bargain, but if you NEED it its probably there...
