Block Casting Numbers..
389265 Block Casting Number, VO929HF on the front tab, G27 HB under the timing cover.
I know its a small journal 327, but I want to know what it came out of. Thanks! Douglas.

I think u missed a # all my # have 7 digits I did come close though figuring the # as this 3892657 327- 1964-67Chevelle,truck,vette small journal 300&350 hp 2bolt main .Hope this helps C-YA

Might want to try www.motec .com I think that is what it is called anyway's have not been there in awhile so I am not sure .. I am sure that if I am wrong then someone will correct me..

Missing a digit? Everything I show that starts with that is 7 digits.

The numbers you posted pretty much narrow it down to a '67 327 from a full size car. Originally attached to a Powerglide. Originally rated at 275 hp with a 4 bbl.
