AC shroud different from non-AC shroud???
Does anyone know if fan shrouds were different in AC trucks vs non-AC trucks? I pulled a shroud from a truck last weekend that had AC, and it was shallower than the one on my non-AC truck. The fan on the AC truck had a clutch so it was closer to the radiator, I assume that's why the shroud is shallower. Are both shrouds correct? Or did one come from a different vehicle? I will includes pics of both shrouds.
Thanks Shawn non-AC shroud

I know they have 2 small block shrouds...one with, and one without A/C...I'll asume that is the difference, a fan clutch.

That's strange, that means I have the AC shroud on my non-AC truck. I just love the PO.

The first shroud is out of a 4x4. And the second one is out of a 2wd. At least that is my understanding.
