Just take an adjustable jaw wrench (crescent) and close it around the bar, then take a tape measure and measure the distance between the jaws. I believe there were quite a few sizes (1", 1.125", and 1.250"?) Depending on which suspension class you have. It would be hard to quess.

Mine is also a F59 code bar. It's 1-1/16". I would guess your's is too.

Since it is 1/2 ton, the front swaybar is I believe just the 1 1/16" diameter one. The larger 3/4 ton and 1 ton got the 1 1/4" diameter one. Hope this helps. I use to have the smaller one on my 78 C 10, which was the F59 swaybar option, but I ended up getting one off a C 30 1 ton, which is the 1 1/4" one and gave me a bit more firmer control up front.
