Blazer Tailgate Crank.....?
Does anyone have a fix-it for the crank problem?
The claw that the key turns out to operate the crank unit isn't going out far enough to activate the unit. This was taken apart by PO, any chance it was reassembled wrong?

Are you sure you have the rear window unlocked? It may sound stupid, but if it is unlocked, the crank will still turn, the window just won't go down.

I've tried with the window locked and unlocked with the key.
But the claw in the handle assembly doesn't extend far enough to engage the mechanism that turns the window regulator inside the tailgate. Is there something else I'm missing?
