OT: My new daily driver

Well, since I haven't done much to my truck, I figured I would at least do something about the daily driver. I had about enough of the accident magnet grocery getter Lumina. Not a bad car, just figured I am still relatively young, need something a little sportier, so I got this. It is a 2001 VW Jetta VR6. What do you guys, and gals, think??

you couldn't go with something that has American roots? Something like a Monte Carlo or Malibu or SSR? I'm just not fond of non-American vehicles...

I don't like the SSR or the body style on the new Monte Carlo. Besides, I didn't want something too new so I wouldn't have to up my monthly payments or my first choice would have been a new extended cab Silverado.

Are they woven together?
Thats what through me off on them.

I thought even though spark plug wires are insulated (?) you still want to keep them off each other as much as possible. Everything looks clean. How many miles does it have?
