Unhappy 2 questions for the mechanics

#1 My torque convertor to flex plate bolts came loose (not enough for the nuts to fall off) and I tightened them. Now I have transmission fluid pouring from the front of the tranny. What did I break, how do I fix it. (TH350 tranny)

#2 One of the bolt holes on the front of my drivers side head for the alternator bracket is wallowed out, can I put a helicoil in it or do I need to tap it for the next size up bolt? (I also think the back two exhaust manifold bolt holes are in the same shape, I haven't pulled the manifold to see.)

Thanks, Krue
