frame help

Can anyone tell me what the difference, if any, between a 67 and a 72 frame? Are they interchangable?

only difference off the top of my head are the 67 frame wont have an indention for the steering box, its easy enought to make though. Otherwise go for it.

would a 72 frame acept a 67 body and running gear, including the origional hyd assist power stearing or would it be a better idea to look for another 67 frame. I wan't to keep this truck close to stock config because it is a CST with factory a/c, power stearing, bucket seats and tinted windows. It was also my daily driver work/fun truck. It would do anything I attempted (except drive over a concrete culvert) It still was one tough truck to take the damage it did and both myself and my son walked away with only a small scratch. LETS SEE ONE OF THESE NEW trucks DO THAT!

so any helpful information anyone has to replace or straighten a bent frame would help us a bunch.
Thanks
