2wd to 4x4 67-72 body swap questions

If I were to swap the complete body from a 72' 1/2 ton SWb truck onto a 70' SWB 4x4 frame, what else besides the bolt-in transmission hump do i need to change to make it all work? Do i need a different core-support, body mounts? Also, whats the easiest way to swap a cab (as in lifting it onto the frame)?
Thanks,
Kenny

I'm in the middle of the same thing(except mine are both LWB)
the core support is the same-the rear most cab mounts are different on the 4x4-they line up but the rubber isolator is thicker there(I think the rest are the same)-the 4x4 I have actually has a 2wd cab already and the PO cut it out and installed the bolt in high hump so that will work

I'm using a big "swing set" contraption but a big(strong) tree would work or you could modify a cherry picker to work also(provided you have concrete to work on)

This is what I did with my 71 Chevy. The chassis is a 71 K20 and the cab/bed came from a 70 C20 custom camper. Get a replacement body mounts for 4x4. The 1/2 2wd is the odd ball. Cabs are the same. I cut the hump out of mine also. Search my posts I have some pics on here.
To move the cab, I set the donor beside the chassis and used a couple 2x4s and me and Richard Morgan and a couple other guys slid it over. No damage.
