Its a code given to those individuals in oklahoma that are designated as goat offenders.

Technically it would mean a overclocked dial up modem I would suspect hehe. Over Clocking is like tweaking a motor for computer geeks, or pushing a computer processor faster than it was built to go, thats what overclocking would be. I guess Nitrous would be a better analogy for that though. Overclocking:Computers, Nitrous:Cars.

Mmmm.... Water cooled, over clocked, dual processor computer...

My brother's computer is rather cool, and my water cooling setup that I cast for him worked real nice
