Universal adjuster sleeve

I posted a thread few days back about changing out frontends from a 72 frame to a 67 frame. I was told something about different sized tierods between the two years, and something about a universal sleeve that joins the two sizes together. I found just the adjuster sleeve on some website, but can't seem to find it again. Anyone know what I am talking about?? Or what the website is???
