I'm looking to buy/trade for the small tailgate panel that has Chevrolet in yellow in the middle with the yellow band around it. If anybody has one in great shape or if you know if I can find a reproduction of it, I would appreciate it.

Here is one in mint condition, but instead of yellow, it has black paint inside lettering and border. You can always paint the lettering and border yellow?

When I went to the swap meet at Petit Jean Mt. a man had a complete set of factory chrome for a 1977 truck. I am restoring a 1978 cheyenne big 10 and almost bought this to paint black. I think he is from Stuttgart and he is there every spring. Wanted $25 for the whole set including the tailgate trim you need and you can talk him down. Problem is I don't remember his name.

Hopefully someone else who went will read this and can help out. If not they also have a fall meet and he may attend that one as well. Good luck!! Mingoman
