torque specs

anyone know where i can get the frontend torque specs on the net ie.. control arms and shocks stuff like that

Lower control arm shaft U-bolt = 85 ft.lbs.
Upper control arm shaft nuts = 70 ft.lbs.
Control arm rubber bushings = 115 ft.lbs.
Upper ball joint nut = 50 ft.lbs. (plus additional torque to align cotter pin. Not to exceed 90 ft.lbs.)
Lower ball joint nut = 90 ft.lbs. (plus additional torque to align cotter pin. Not to exceed 130 ft.lbs.)
Stabilizer bar to control arm = 25 ft.lbs.
Shock absorber upper end = 140 ft.lbs.
Shock absorber lower end = 60 ft.lbs.

This came from my 85 manual and is for a C-10.
