Which would be easier

Im looking at installing a 350 create motor from GMGoodwrench. Problem is im not to sure on the carb, intake and ingnition system to use. The old motor was a 350 sb 4 bbl. Im looking at adding a little more power then whats coming straight from the create motor. Also what would be easier to clean and look nicer. Polished, Satain or Chrome? This is a daily driver my 80 SB 4x4.

Thanks
Jason

carb: Edelbrock 600cfm or maybe 700cfm at most
intake: matched to carb, performer intake would be best for that carb

everythign else is just a matter of preference
