Blazer Hitch Question

I am wanting to get a hitch put on my blazer....any advice on the best type of hitch to buy or have installed. I am only looking to pull a small trailer so I am looking at a class 3 hitch.

I assume it is an easy install that I can do myself...but I don't have a lot of free time. Pain in the **& or easy?
