Since my 67 has been thru hell and back at least twice. I’m thinking of setting the motor [a 350] down on the cross member like a car does to lower the center of gravity. Setting the cab on a 2” piece of rubber and mounting it low as well. I know I’ll have to do other mods but the only original parts are the frame and cab anyways. It really p/oed some of the stocker/guys but when you think of it your truck is a image of yourself and what you want it to be. Whatchall think.

Well like you said it is your truck.DO whatcha want.It's not like what I say is gonna have any influenece any way:p
