Its only half way done but is turning out okay. We shaved about 3" off the frame and 5-6" off the front of the fenders that alone helped the approach angle alot!!

Still need to weld in the winch plate and some more runners to keep it rigid while winching, and of course some paint.. Let me know what you think!
