Blazer Bed Rail Caps

Found this listing on-line. I called the guy and they are diamond plate caps that cover the bedrail on a Blazer when the top is off. Since I run with either the hard top or the soft top on, I don't have a use for them.

1967-1972 BLAZER full pop top, rear bed, diamond plate, top dress caps, like new, $50. call Everett 360-658-8676 - Marysville, WA

I think these are just bent diamond plate that covers the top of the bed rail, not something to compensate for the height difference between the door and the bed rail. I have seen a 2wd blazer that had something similar to what you are describing, but they put a spoiler over the tailgate.

I'd think you could make somehthing out of wood and then cover it in fiberglass to do what your talking about.

I Knew What You Were Talking About, One Of The Guys At Work Is
Gonna Try Making Me A Couple Out Of Aluminum, Then I Can Tap Em
From The Underside To Use The Top Hold Down Holes And Bolts, I
Might Not Paint Em, Thinking About Anodizing Them, Who Knows.
