Power Brake adjustable rod question?
I'm converting to power brakes on my 72' c-10, 2wd and after I installed the booster/bracket, the adjustable rod that goes to the pedal was not long enough. Do they make different length rods for different applications? Please let me know if you can help me solve yet another problem....bossrod

Do you have all of the correct linkage and brackets?

Linkage
I've got everything that's shown in your pic. The rod that is coming off the bracket pivot and goes thru the firewall is the one that is too short. Is there a different rod or pedal for the power brake setup? Thank's for the reply and let me know what you think...bossrod

No sir, same pedal and everything.
I snapped those pictures as I was converting my truck to power brakes. Once you bolt the booster assembly to the firewall, you have to slightly depress the brake pedal to get the hole for the pin to line up. That is, your brake pedal will sit slightly closer to the floor than it did with manual brakes.
