Hi. They are supposed to be silver. I used 200? Dodge minivan silver and once a trim ring and cap are on its hard to tell from factory. GM silver was pretty dull so using one with a little more "pop" isnt a bad idea. As for the cap decal, I researched this for awhile, and GM will insist all they have left for chev decals is a replacement that has black background with a red bowtie.

HOWEVER if you ask for a decal replacement for early-mid 1990's Caprice cars with the cop car package you can get the proper black background with yellow/gold bowtie. The cop wheels were used with truck centers after too many compmaints of hupcaps flying off under abusive driving. They are not cheap (I think 30 each CAD) but only choice since noone reproduces the exact ones with the heavy metal foil backing.

Hope this helps,
D.

71swb is right and you can buy it auto zone it is a wheel paint just for the wheels. I used it on mine and its been on there for over a year. There is a guy on ebay that sells the center cap stickers.

The paint should be fine. It will be hard to tell difference, especially if you use rings and caps. Do a search for ralley wheel center caps and you will see an older thread discussing the center stickers. I think there was a link to a vendor in there.
