A/c

What A/C setup did you use? I like the smooth firewall look. Is it just something you did yourself?

Yes, what A/C system did you use.

Now that it's finished are you going to Show,Sell, or Drive it.

Ready for another project?

They are both "Old Air" smooth fire wall units (front heat/cool - rear cool only unit)

That's more of a customization than a restoration. But regardless, I'm sure your customer is pleased with the outcome as he/she should be.

I have them but because of a few modifications that need to be done I haven't ever tried to openly sell them.

Mods- one of the locator tabs on the headlight needs to be altered and a relay is needed because on Hi Beam the s/w can't handle the load of 4 H4 bulbs burning at the same time

We tried out one of the Ron Francis headlight relay kits on the Jimmy, it worked alot better than expected and didn't require any harness cutting - I highly recommend the kit.

Do you need a wiring kit for each headlight or does it go inline so one feeds both headlights?
