What Do You Think Of This Truck

Is this a good deal. A 77 1/2 ton Silverado, LWB 2WD 454 TH400 12 bolt rear, 3 new tires 2 tone dark and LT maroon with red inside, PWD, PB, PDL, CC,104,000 miles. The owner said the motor has been rebuilt. and trans, but don't no how long ago. Got it from his brother who got it from another guy. The truck is about normal condition for its age. Oh the 454 is to big and I wouldn't wont it. He says 1,700 to 2,000 and I say 1,100 is this truck worth it ,with out pic,s for you guys to see. Matt
One other thing small spots of rust on pass side door and alittle behind each rear wheel. ( just bubbles )

As long as it runs... maybe even if it doesn't. It all depends on what you are wanting. I guess without seeing it I would pay about a grand for it. Can you get photos some how?
