Are 2wd leaf springs the same as 4wd?

My 1994 1/2 ton 4wd truck is starting to lean to one side when I haul a load. I believe I have a weak leaf spring. I found a set of leafs that came off of a 1991 3/4 2wd and I am wonder if I use them if it would lower the stance of my truck. Some 2wd trucks look really low and I need to know if it is the springs or the blocks on the rear end that make the 2wd look lower than the 4wd.
