Yes the ol 305 fired and sounds super sweet, after sitting in the garage for almost 4 years she finnaly gave in and rattled windows in the neighborhood.. well I dont have the exhaust on the headers yet,, it was soo cool to see the neighbors rubber necking over to the house, they thought i was workin on the ol 250 that was in there, ya know the little quite motor that couldnt make noise if it tried

You obviosly haven't heard my 250 if you think all 250's are quiet. It's nowhere near stock though and I've got a header running to dual turbo mufflers. I love to wind it out just for a laugh because it's pretty damn loud.

What did you end up doing to get to fire if I may ask ?
