Lower control arm alignment

I recently reinstalled my lower control arms. When I measure from the front of the crossmember to the front end of the shaft grease fitting, the drivers side is 1/4 inch longer than the passenger side. When I installed the shafts, I centered them within the control arm and I looked underneath to make sure that the small short rod in the crossmember is in the whole in the shafts.

Is this a problem? Should I address this now or should I wait to see if the alignment shop has problems?

Thanks for you help in advance.
