HELP!!! Rear U-joint is loose in the diff yoke.

I was hearing a wirring, pulsating wirring sound going down the road. Put her in Nutral and reved the engine and also let it idle and the noise was gone. Then got home crawled underneat the old girl and grabbed the driveshaft and the U-Joint was moving between the "holders". The bolts and straps are tight. What can I do to fix this problem????
Thanks guys
