Noob in Houston
Just reg'd yesterday and spent some time looking around the forums. Looks like a great place y'all got here, and there are a lot of really nice trucks.
 I've got a '77 Silverado LWB I'm working on. It was a factory big block with TH400 and a/c. It's getting a brand new 454HO crate motor and a fiberglass tilt front end from US Body. Also have some DJM 3" drop tubular control arms and a few other goodies to go on it. I'll try and post a pic or two this evening. |

Well here is a pic of my project.
 As you can see, the front clip is removed and I am in process of stripping the frame to bare metal. Hopefully will get a coat of POR-15 on it this weekend. The cab is in pretty fair shape. The corners and rockers are solid, but I do need to replace the floorpans. And I need a set of doors. |
