Welcome to the board! a hinge by itself is kind of hard to come by oersonally I never seen one, you'll probably have to buy the complete door, somebody here might be able to help you.

Hpoefully,someone will have a rusted door w/hinges they`ll seperate if they`re deleting the door opening.Welcome and Good Luck.
