fuel problem?

my 98 z71 truck died on me. fuel pump, relay and in line filter are good. getting spark, checked by pulling plug wire and held it next to block to check for blue spark and it was good. any suggestions im lost?

check compression. If it has fuel fire and compression it will start. May have jumped time
