tailgate near mint
How much could I get for this tailgate? It is dent free with one tiny ding in the trim. The inside of it has a few scratches but it looks like it was on a truck for about one week. I got it for my truck but decided to use the gate with "CHEVROLET" instead.

I'll give you $50 for it, if you'll take that and tell me what the shipping is to 75071. What model truck did it come off of? Will it fit an 87 GMC?

Hey,... you never know if you don't try. I think you meant to say is you're "looking for a higher price range". $50 is a real price; it just depends on what one wants for a part they intend to sell. Jokes aside, I say about $135-150, being it’s not a after market part.

it depends on where you live and who you know. i bought a mint one from my buddies dad, he took it off new and got a lift gate, anyway he let me have it for $40. i also bought a perfect shape one on ebay with just some scratches for $35. he wouldn't ship and it was local pick up only so i lucked up.
personally, if i sell one of mine i would have to get at least $100 for it. i wouldn't take any less than a bill for the one you have, it looks like it is in very nice shape.
