lp conversion
i got a restoration packet from gm and in some of the papers it said that an lp conversion kit was available for our trucks.
i was wanting to know if anyone here has converted their truck and what are the gains and losses of it??? and are there any companies that still make the conversion kits? hobbz |

There really isn't a huge amount of gain in it. You use about twice as much propane as gasoline, and propane is only about half the price of gas right now, so it really isn't worth it right now.
