Vent goes all the way around
My passenger side "ball vent" spins completely around instead of only part way like the drivers side. Is there a piece thats broken or missing?

Take the housing off and take a look - it comes off easy with a few screws. Maybe some kid stuck something in the vent that's keeping it from turning.

ah.. so they are supposed to turn 360*. I thought that my driver's side was correct because it didn't turn and my passenger side was broken because it spun all the way around.
