Vent Window Seal Replacement?

Last year I bought a set of window & door seals, I ordered the vent window seals seperately.
When I disassembled the door and removed the vent window assembly I couldn't determine how to remove and replace the vent window seal.
The seal seems to be held in place with quite a few rivets.
I looked on GMC pauls & they list a rivet kit for the 67-72 models but nothing for the 73-86.
Does anyone have some pointers or a "how to" write up on how to remove the seal and replace it.
I worked on the passenger side and managed to install the new felt and glass seals on the crank up window.
I need to work on the drivers side and I would like to determine how to do this before I remove the vent window assembly.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for the finding this, this appears to be for a 70's style which is a little different but probably applies just the same.
Thanks again.
