electric window switches?

What kind of switches are out there? are there any that use your stock handles? No i am not crazy, Was just thing the concept wouldn't be too hard. Just press slightly down to roll down and up for up. They wouldn't actually crank anymore but you could retain stock look. Maybe i am crazy.
Thanks
