Shock Help

I am looking for a set of coilovers for the front of my truck. It has a 72 C10 swap with 3" Belltech drop spindles and 1" ECE springs. I have a pair of Doetsch shocks but want a set of coilovers if available. Any info appreciated.

Were the Belltech 3" drop spindles a true 3" drop?

Sad to say they are, I had to go to 16" and now I have 17". It had to have 16" or better to clear the caliper.

If you install front coil overs, you're going to want to build a much better front shock mount setup. These trucks are terrible about wallowing the frame out where the upper shock stud attaches. It will get worse with a coil over. The mounts are intended only for shocks, not to help give lift, or support to the truck like a coil over does.
