JUST ORDERED A 2" ez RIDE KIT

Hi there,

I am running a set of 33" tires and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I will have any clearance problems. I have seen a few pictures here with factory height and 33's with no problems. For what it is worth I measured the tire height with my tape and the 33's are actually 31.5 inches high. I have a 4 " lift right now and I am hoping that the 33's will work ok when I step down to the 2" lift. Tuff Country recommends a 32" tire for the kit but I do not wish to change the tires I have because they are new. Has anyone done this and ran the 33's?

Thanks

Curt

I don't think you will have any "serious" clearance prob's with the 33's and a
2" lift.
Currently my 72 K20 Suburban 4x4 stock run's with 33's. The 33's will only rub when on full turn lock and compression. Now waiting to do a mild add-a-leaf to the front.
The 33's used to be on my 79 GMC K35 Crew-cab 4x4 with a 4" lift. It looked weak and I eventually stepped up to 36" Dick Cepeks.

Re: JUST ORDERED A 2" ez RIDE KIT

I have a 4" ez ride on my Blazer with 33" tires, and I have way more than enough clearance. I think 2" would be perfect with 33's.
