Hood Swap
I have a quick question. Can you swap a 68 hood on to a 71 C10? Are they the same hood?

The hood is actually differnt. The 67-68 have more of a slope to the front of the hood while 69-72 are more square. The hood latch is also diffen't I believe.

Just the hood, no not really. Because of the difference in the slope you'll need a 67-68 core support, fenders, and latch assembly.

D@mmit! My hood is welded to my fenders.....then I see a cool mod....it sounds like the die grinder may get a little "exercize" that is one of the slickest mods I have seen.......I love that grill on the 69-70, or 71-72....but that slope on the older hood really makes it L
