Any Iowa Members , I have a ?

My 78 Bonanza has a Iowa State inspection sticker in the center of the front windshield . Is has the date punched out as May 23 ,78 . That is the delivery date as noted by the original owner on the Maintenance Folio from Dick Witham Chevrolet . My question is would this be the original inspection sticker ? If so , then it must be attached to the original windshield and the windshield is still perfect . Even the rubber seal looks brand new . The truck is low mileage and was suppose to be garage kept . It looks as if this was the case . I just wonder if this is the original sticker . If so , it helps prove that the truck is as original and clean as it appears . Frank

We used to have to do yearly inspections, but they ended it around that time. It may have just been the last time it was inspected but Im not positive...corn
