Hello from the Texas Coastal Bend
Hello Forum!
My name is Bryan, and I just took ownership of my grandfather's 1979 GMC Sierra Grande 4x4 pick-up. It is a fine truck that came with meticulous mechanical records. This picture was taken tonight after dark, so the quality is kinda poor. I will get better photos if anyone is interested. I have never owned a truck before, and I hope to learn alot from you guys. Later!

Welcome to the forum bmartin9122. It looks like Grandpa had a pretty nice truck to pass down. Hopefully you can personalize it some with Grandpa guidance...

Re: Hello from the Texas Coastal Bend
Hey krue - I'm sorry to hear that you hate Dodge.
I am getting the steering mechanism tightened and aligned now and then they will put some 33's on. Total cost: about $700 including lifetime balance, rotate, road hazard. I'll get some more pics after that. My buddy said 33's will change the entire character.

Welcome from Round Rock, Texas. The inlaws have a house in Rockport and I spend quite a bit of time fishing in Aransas Pass.
