Re: My 200 score
Oh,I get it.You got the truck for 200 dollars.I`d say it`s worth fixing.I wouldn`t junk the cab if you do find a better one to swap.I`d say the manifold is worth about $25-30 or so.If you bead blast it,maybe more. But,unless you can do that yourself, you`ll spend at least the difference having that done. The old Torquers are sought after and I bought one for $75.

Re: My 200 score
your cab is fine if you have a welder and some metal tools. mine was in the same condition, and as a first time welder and for my first truck, i did both rockers and the floor myself with some patch panels. it's easier than it sounds actually.
edelbrock is a good company, very respected! they've been in business since the early 40's so you know they're doing something right. |

Re: My 200 score
Here is a picture of one that dad scored here in central Missouri. Everything is there. Motor, drivetran, and alll the body parts are intact. Has a very good hood, pass fender is easily fixable, both weel tubs are good, the front panel of the bed is good, and both doors are 90% rust free and the outer grill is in good shape. All in all, i think we all got a good deal on these trucks
