whats going on ?
how much do these trucks weigh? short bed long bed v-8 v-6 and so on thanks jeremy

Howdy! My 1970 GMC SWB steel bed floor fleet side with a 350 and TH350 weighed in at 4510 lbs on the DMV inspection scale. That was with about 240 lbs of people, 1/2 a tank of gas and no spare tire.

thanks bob, i've been thinking about running down to the local truck stop and putting it on the scales. no time in my days. probly going to tow it more to some shows now that its laying on the ground.

2wd typically come in around 4,000 + or - depending. 4wd about 600 lbs more.

K20 in siggy, 5300# but I dunno how much fuel (of a possible 50+ gallons) was on board....
