what are they worth?

i think they are out of a 69 blazer maybe somone here knows?
are they even usable?

Yep, as Frenchie said, blazer rear seat armrests. Don't look in too bad of condition. The ashtrays are available as repops. The actual armrests look salvageable. Repaint the metal struts.......if the padded vinyl is in ok condition you're good to go.
