Re: Please Help!
i will only be using a few parts...the 82 has a front clip but has a small ding in the side but there is also a new 82 front clip complete sitting in the bed of the truck... ide like to use a 82 front clip on my 74.... ide really like to keep my 74 even tho the 82 is rust free... ide like to put the 82 front clip, doors and bed on my 74 and just get rid of the rest so please let me know if this will work

Re: Please Help!
hotrod73, where in oklahoma are you and is the 82 yours? or how much are you getting it for or whatever, i could use a new front clip for either/both of my trucks.. also the 82 bed should fit fine, as far as the doors they shoud line up, but may take a few minor mods to secure your filler hose so it doesnt move around when you try to fuel it... the 82 front clip would require a few mods to work on the 74.

Re: Please Help!
The bed bolts are different in the second position, you will have to drill them.
The filler necks will probably be a pain to connect and it won't be without some kind of modification The doors will swap straight onto the '74. '82 clip will go on the '74, but it will require cutting to make the hinges the recess into the cowl area work.
