Converting 67 drums to discs

I want to convert the drum brakes on my '67 shortstep to discs. I have a '71 parts truck with disc set up on it. My question is- what all do I need to change out? Just the spindles, or will I have to swap control arms as well?
Also, I want to keep the original 6 lug look, so does anyone know where I can find a set of 6 lug rotors that will fit on '71 rotors?
Thanks in advance!

Board vendors will have the rotors.I would suggest you use the search on disc brake conversions to get a wealth of info on what spindles ect. will work together.

I must not be holding my mouth right, 'cause I tried the search & came up with nothing. Just thought someone might have had some personal experience with this.

If you have a complete disc brake set up on a parts truck, swap everything from it to the 67. Tear down , rebuild and install............rotor many sources, not hard to find just a little pricey

Actually, 6 bolts and you can take off the '71 front xmember. It's a direct bolt-in and you've got most of the swap done. Then just move over the mc, booster, and prop valve. Voila.
