Did you leave the engine while you had the truck painted?

Re: Finally Truck Is Painted!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great looking truck. I have a set of wheels just like those that have trim rings and Chevy centers that bolt on just like rallies. I was told they were only offered for a year or two in the late 70es. Do you know anything about them. Thanks

Re: Finally Truck Is Painted!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love Black, but hate the swirls and small scratches over time. I have the dark blue metallic paint on my Yukon, same thing small scatches etc. I am thinking flat black still dark and menacing, but not as hard to keep up? Any thoughts? I have a 90 454SS and it is funked up because the clear is peeling.
