Arkansas newbie with C-30 factory hauler
Joined a couple of days ago and thoroughly enjoy this site. Here's a couple of pics of my 72 C-30 with a factory car hauler bed. It's suffering a little right now but it gets a new 454/TH400 and replacement glass on the 24th of June. Vandalized and abandoned years ago and purchased by me last week. Neat site and helpful folks. Thanks, Dean

Re: Arkansas newbie with C-30 factory hauler
Northwest corner of the state, Springdale to be exact. I tried to add pics to this thread but I couldn't pull it off with my PC at work. I posted a thread a couple of days ago in the 67-72 message board here on this site. There are a couple of pics there. Thanks for the welcome, Dean

Re: Arkansas newbie with C-30 factory hauler
Thanks for the welcome guys ! I've been buying / building / selling collector cars and parts for about 25 years but it's been about 10 years since I was involved with the 67-72's. I didn't realize how much I'd forgotten until I started looking this old work horse over. I'll lean heavily on you guys for a little while until I get my feet back under me, if that's OK. I'm looking forward to putting it back on the road. I'm just getting too darned old to use a trailer and a come-a-long anymore. Thanks again for being so accomodating and helpful. My posts for help in the forum drew immediate suggestions and answers. I appreciate it, Dean

Re: Arkansas newbie with C-30 factory hauler
Here's a couple of pics. I also have a thread in the 67-72 pickups category with a few more. This truck was vandalized a few years ago and has been sitting so it looks like hell , BUT................. I have great plans for her.
