Edelbrock Manifolds
I was looking at manifolds & saw that Edelbrock has a new finish called Endura Shine. Does anybody have one of these? Thought I had my mind made up on a Permastar finish then saw the Endura Shine now I'm confused as to which. Here's a link scroll down to almost the bottom & it gives details.

Re: Edelbrock Manifolds
i've got an endurashine sitting under my bed for my '71 if i can ever get it put back together. the permastar is like a black chrome and little darker. the endurashine looks like clear coated polished alumiun. chris.

Re: Edelbrock Manifolds
Endurashine is basically a standard chrome finish. The Permastar is like a black chrome look. If you have all chrome under the hood, the Permastar intake looks kinda funky against actual chrome. What kind of valve covers and air cleaner are you using? If chrome, go with Endurashine. if polished aluminum or painted, the Permastar would look OK.

Re: Edelbrock Manifolds
My next intake will be the Endurashine. Basically it's no maintenance since it's easily wiped off. My buddy put one last year and loves it.
